No matter where you order from in the world, your order will be shipped the same day.
For Europe and America, it takes an average of 7-14 days for the cargo to reach you(excluding pre-orders; pre-order items will be shipped in 4 weeks).
If you are in Turkey, your cargo will reach you within 3-4 days.

Return: You can get your refund within the first 14 days without giving any reason, contact us via our WhatsApp line or send us an e-mail, then simply ship the products to the address we will give you, we will refund your fee as soon as we receive the product. The shipping fee in between belongs to the buyer. You can make returns from domestic cargo. After deducting this amount, the remaining balance is transferred to your account.
The bathrobe cannot be returned because it is an underwear product.

    The bathrobe is quite nice, but since I didn’t look at all the photos before buying, I thought it would come in gray. It came in white, which it is in the pictures :)) After the white bathrobe arrived, when I looked at the website images again, I noticed the actual product looks even better quality than the white bathrobe in the photos. Just for buyers’ information.
