Our return and refund policy takes 14 days. The shipping costs of the returned and exchanged products belong to the buyer. The shipping fee is 96 TL and is only accepted from Yurtiçi Kargo. You can use your right to return or exchange from other companies with sender payment. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Some types of products are exempt from returns. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also don’t accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous substances or products containing flammable liquids or gases.

We need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your refund.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you if your return has been approved or declined.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially sent.

Shipping refunds

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you’re returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will pick up your returned item.
