These Terms of Service govern your use of durdenshop.com and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you accept these Terms.

2. Products & Pricing
All products are described and priced on the Site. Prices are shown in GBP by default but may be displayed in your local currency where multi-currency is enabled. Prices include VAT where applicable.
We take reasonable care to ensure accuracy but reserve the right to correct pricing errors and update product information at any time. Changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
3. Orders & Contract Formation
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We accept your offer when we send the order confirmation email, at which point a contract is formed between you and Modalabs LTD.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock shortages, or suspected fraud. Any payments made will be refunded in full.
4. Payment
Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments and other supported methods. Card details are handled by our payment provider under PCI-DSS standards and are never stored on our servers.
5. Delivery
Delivery times, rates, and destinations are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery is complete when the goods reach the delivery address you provided.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our reasonable control.
6. Right to Cancel (Consumer Rights)
If you are a consumer resident in the UK or EU, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (UK) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
To cancel, email contact@durdenshop.com or open a return request via My Account > Orders. Return details are set out in our Returns & Exchanges policy.
Exceptions: The right to cancel does not apply to custom-made or personalized items, sealed intimate apparel that has been unsealed, or items on final sale.
7. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 (and equivalent EU consumer protection laws), goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If the goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including logos, designs, product images, and text — is owned by Modalabs LTD or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
For everything else, our total liability to you in connection with an order is limited to the price you paid for the product(s) in question.
10. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
